Matt’s import Haven just saved us almost $400 over the dealership cost in repairs. One of the savings was using the ferry as that back and Forth can add up. Plus they honored a wildcard savings coupon from Subaru which saved us another $65. When I add it up I think we may have saved OVER $400 even more then I first thought! Plus you cannot beat the customer service. And if you want to wait they have a very pleasant waiting area and a little library. And just recently had another one of our vehicles serviced and really appreciate how they "look out for" problems that may need attention in the future.

Thanks for your ongoing trust in bringing your 2015 Subaru Impreza in for service and repairs. Working together we are a great team, keeping your Subarus and Mazdas safe and reliable. I'm a new customer from Oak Harbor, but plan to be back. They were very friendly, completed the contracted work in the time promised, and the cost was 25% cheaper than the dealer quote. 5/22 Was very pleased with the service checking on a concern about a fan on my Hond Insight. Very professional

Well, we kind of "forgot" about changing the oil and then due to COVID wondered if we would have to wait until ... well, who knows when. Nope! Matt's to the rescue. Forrest quickly arranged the appointment and Chris drove over with a mask on and his disinfectant to take our car back to the shop. Couple hours later, returns the car and disinfects it again. We have used Matt's for 5 or so years. ALWAYS professional service. Highly recommend them.

I have always trusted the people at Matt's Import Haven and thank them again now for completely inspecting my car and doing exactly what needed to be done; phone calls updated me and asked if I had any questions. When the car was returned it was all sanitized before handing me my keys. What a relief to know my car is safe to drive.
