The team at Matt’s Import Haven take care of us from start to finish. They communicate with us regularly and clearly re what our cars need, and what the timeline will be. They provide clear estimates prior to doing the work. And they are very honest re what needs doing and what can be left undone. I seek and trust their advice. They provide a rental car for $10 if you need to leave the car with them. They are both professional and down home friendly. Highly recommended!

Wonderful, friendly service. Great place. Had a check engine light going off. They did an immediate diagnostic for free and cleared the indicator light. They are very upfront about what they can do-- and what they can't (my car still is under warranty and they won't be able to do warranty work). But will definitely go back for my car maintenance and non warranty work.

Very friendly staff and great service

Matt and his team do good work. Everyone is helpful in explaining what's what and why. The scheduling always runs on time (if they say it's going to be 45-60 mins and I'm waiting, it's always ready within that timeframe). I've been taking my car to Matt's for more than 5 years, and will continue to do so. I'd like the loaner cars to be newer and more comfortable, but that's just what it is.

Have been going to Matt's for all my foreign car work. Always prompt, honest, good in diagnosing and advising. Also gave advise on which type used car to purchase when it was time. Hightly recommended
