We brought in a Miata that had been sitting for a year and a half. Matt's crew performed some basic checks and had us up and running with just some minor maintenance. They provided a detail list of items we need to keep on our radar but didn't push us into unnecessary work.

Matt's is the best! They tell you what you need now, what can wait for a bit, and don't try to sell you unnecessary repairs. They work with your schedule, have rental cars when your car needs a bit of work, and now they sell tires too! I just got some awesome tires from Matts; I checked my bill of sale from a tire place on the island and found that Matt's had a better price for a very comparable tire. Customer service is very friendly and helpful.

I have been going to Matts Import Haven now since I came to the Island two years ago. I have received exellent service: - The work is of quality. Whatever was the issue is done correctly - Matt takes the time to complete an accurate diagnosis - Matt takes the time to explain the issue in laymans term - I have a warrantee on my vehicle Matt Is honest in what he can do and what is still covered by the warrantee and I should go to a VW dealer.- - Matt is always upbeat as are others at the front desk. He will add fun conversation to the transaction.
