I've been going to Matt's since 2005. The work is excellent and done in a timely manner. I had a recall several years ago and took car to a dealer. Was told I needed extra work, which I had done ,which was expensive. Next oil change at Matt's I showed them the invoice and Matt gave me copies of my service records and had his mechanic show where the work I was charged for hadn't been done. I took records back to dealer and they refunded my money. Thanks for saving me almost $700 . I have recommended Matt's to several friends, they love them too.

There are probably less expensive places for repair and service but Matt’s is very organized, patient, and thorough. They also provide a reasonable plan for care and maintenance going forward that is based on both your vehicle and driving conditions.

Been going to this automotive repair place for over 10 years and every time I have a problem with one of my cars they fix it. They are reasonably priced, always take time to go over issues and concerns, make recommendations but NEVER pressure to have repairs done. They solved a problem with one of my Subarus years ago that not even the dealership could figure out. I'm so thankful to have them on Whidbey Island and I will continue to use them as long as I own an automobile.
