Matt's Import Haven had my car fixed up very quickly, with awesome communication and reasonable prices. After taking a look at my car, they provided really well-organized notes detailing 1) what was causing the issue that I brought the car in for 2) other items they noticed that should be handled asap 3) other items they recommended, but could wait, and 4) things to look out for moving forward. Each task had prices already listed, photos attached, and it was presented using a really convenient website that let me toggle around with selecting services to determine what worked with my budget. Signed for and approved the work quickly, so service was a breeze! They have a rental car that cost $30/day and lock boxes for out-of-office car pickup/dropoff. Just picked up the car yesterday, and things seem good so far! They had, on average, better or much-better pricing than other business’s quotes for the same work and also seemed the most upfront about how important various repairs actually were. They don’t vacuum or car wash like a dealership usually does, but that’s hardly worth noting since it’s just a bonus… not the actual service. Only noting because it’s the kind of thing my parents would want to know, and I love them, so I feel obligated to tell others just in case they care too.

I have been trusting Matts Import Haven for the last 3 years with all my vehicles, including my fleet vehicles. I have had a hard time over the years finding an honest establishment with excellent follow through, fair prices, and great sense of what is important to me as customer.
