Scheduling appointment via text was easy, organized, efficient. In-person experience on the day of service was personable, kind, on time (start time), and estimated length of how long service would take was accurate. Clear explanations and rationale on future service/maintenance needs was provided. Wonderful experience.

I've only been to Matt's once so far, but the service seems comparable, if not better, to what I'm used to at Zsport Euro in Everett. Now that I'm working on the island, it makes sense to find a good shop here. I'll be back!
