The folks at Matts have consistently done excellent work in my Volvo. Having serviced it exclusively for all of its life it is still going strong after 250,000 miles. Never been to the dealer, ever! Attention to detail is excellent and the printouts with pictures is a great way to inform the customer. One aspect of Matts service dept that fulfills the desire to know everything thats going on in with the car to keep it in top shape. Front desk is responsive, easy and cheerful to work with. What more could you want?

As always a great experience for a routine oil change which was provided by their scheduled early am appt which was about 45 minutes long. If you need further reviews see the parking lot full of customer vehicles!

Friendly staff, and professional. I like the detailed diagnostics reports with pictures readily available on phone / email. It's not a shop that will use "parts cannon" meaning will keep changing parts until they get lucky and repair the issue.
