Rodent issues and break fluid also replaced. Expensive but happy with service

Thank you for bringing your 2015 Toyota Prius in and being a long time customer. Our prices reflect the quality of service we provide and the quality of parts we use on our customers' cars. Another thing we bring to the table is the on-going training we invest in for our technicians and the up-to-date tools we have on hand to service the vehicles we work on. We've brought a couple different cars in there, both Toyota and Dodge, and they've always been great. Most recently one of their techs saved us a bunch of time and money because, after they had already said the strange noise we were having was likely due to our rear differential gear, and that we needed to take it to the dealership, he really wanted to get to the root of the problem, and discovered it was just a piece of loose trim from the roof. Very much recommend them

Thanks Dave for bring both you 2017 Toyota Rav4 and 2013 Dodge Dart. Are goal is top provide top quality service at fair prices. We consider it our duty to save our customers money wherever possible...and yes that may mean sending a car out to the dealer or specialty shop. Thank you for your business, trust and 5 stars.

Easy to book, easy to drop off, paid online and picked up during my lunch break. Pictures of future problems projected, quote of service was accurate. Not more money when I paid but gave me photos of things to look at in the future that may be a problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. 20 star rating if I could.

As always, thorough, competent, and super friendly. Maybe a tad pricey but well worth it for such trustworthy service!

Thanks Karen, we appreciate your confidence and trust in bringing your 2006 Subaru Forester to us for service and repairs. Granted your last visit was an expensive one, power window repairs aren't inexpensive. Our work may be more expensive than other shops on the island due to the quality of parts (we don't use junky aftermarket parts). And as always we back our work (parts & labor) with a 36 month, unlimited warranty.

Very pleased with their professionalism, thoroughness and general concern for vehicle safety by monitoring wear and tear and projecting future service needs. I especially appreciate their ethics. I can't imagine them ever taking advantage of a customer. This is important if, like me, you're not mechanically inclined :-)
