I needed an oil change…its a good way to learn about how an establishment works. I also had an odd noise coming from the drive train. While making the oil change appt. Matt unexpectedly came out to take my car for a drive to listen to the drivetrain noise. It concerned him enough that we added a diagnosis time to my oil change appt. After listening to the problem he advised me to go to Subaru because the noise was in the transaxle and probably still under warranty. Matt did research on it and called me a couple of times to follow up. He and his technician noted their diagnostics and took photos for me to use at the Subaru dealer. Matt’s Import Haven is amazing! Their communication is better than any other garage I have ever been too. They are honest and more than thorough. No wonder they are so busy. I highly recommend MIH !
