We appreciate the expert car care and professionalism of the entire Matt’s team. The front office staff is friendly, accommodating and efficient. Recently, we scheduled a specific service on a Monday, and over the weekend our “maintenance required” panel light popped on. Even though Matt’s is closed on weekends, we texted to hopefully add an oil change at the last minute. Matt called us right back to confirm that he could add an oil change to their tightly scheduled Monday workload. What great service! We are so delighted to have such a reliable and professional auto mechanic in our community on South Whidbey Island. ❤️

This is the best place on earth for getting your car serviced. I have come to Matt's Auto for three years now and have had nothing but excellent AND affordable service for my BMW. In fact this happens to be my FIRST experience with BMW car service that is actually honest. The whole staff here is knowledgable and helpful. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Matt and his team. From my initial phone call, he listened to my concerns, those of a not too savvy mechanic who has looked a lot on the internet and found the worst of the worst scenario....and he calmed my fears and assured me it was not that bad. When my Highlander Hybrid was towed into the parking lot, Matt came right out, and took the time to run an initial diagnostic check...and then told me what he thought the problem was...far less expensive than what I anticipated. That afternoon, he called me to detail what he thought the problem was, and the projected cost, to get my okay...of course!! The work was finished later the following day, and my Highlander has been running great...I was so pleased that when I picked up my Highlander, I dropped of my Toyota Tacoma for some work. I can't recommend Matt and his team enough!! Every contact has been professional, friendly, and focused on my needs....Thank you all.
