My visits to Matt's with all my cars for the past 7 years have all been great. They are prompt and courteous addressing problems and keep me apprised of upcoming maintenance issues.

Wonderful, friendly service. Great place. Had a check engine light going off. They did an immediate diagnostic for free and cleared the indicator light. They are very upfront about what they can do-- and what they can't (my car still is under warranty and they won't be able to do warranty work). But will definitely go back for my car maintenance and non warranty work.

Matt and his team do good work. Everyone is helpful in explaining what's what and why. The scheduling always runs on time (if they say it's going to be 45-60 mins and I'm waiting, it's always ready within that timeframe). I've been taking my car to Matt's for more than 5 years, and will continue to do so. I'd like the loaner cars to be newer and more comfortable, but that's just what it is.

Thank you for the past 6 years and many more to come. It's a pleasure to work with you to keep your Subaru Forester safe and reliable. We appreciate having you as our customer! We will try to work on updating the rental cars... stay tuned.
