Matt’s was recommended to us when we moved here 5 years ago for service and repairs. We have a Toyota 4-Runner and a Mini Cooper. We’ve been very happy with every facet of our experiences with Matt’s. The staff is friendly and efficient. Service and repairs are completed as promised, and the charges are reasonable. You don’t have to leave the island for work on you’re car!

I had been looking for a local car repair company to care for my 2002 Camry. A friend suggested Matt's. I'm so glad she did. In spite of its age, the Camry has many more good miles in her and Matt's is helping me keep her in top shape. Matt's customer service is great with all the texts and emails needed to make things work. Everything is upfront, fully explained, on time and as promised. And the owners are a delight. This was such a find!!

Hard to overstate how professional, thorough, and friendly everyone at Matt's Import Haven are. And even though I pre-authorized more work if they found it necessary, they determined it wasn't needed and so saved me about 50% on what the repairs could have been. That speaks to their honesty and integrity. Matt's has gain a loyal customer in me.

I've been having my vehicles serviced here since the late 80"s, from my VW Rabbit to my 2015 Tiguan. Friendly staff. Matt hasn't aged a bit :) Highly recommend. They saved me a ferry ride to VW dealership to have my 40k service done. They're really busy so it may take a few weeks to get your vehicle in, but well worth the wait. :)

Thank you so much for your continued support over all these many years! We sure do appreciate your trust and kind words. Working on your 2015 VW Tiguan is fun, but visits from your doggie is even better! Matt maybe is a "little" bit grayer than in the '80s.
