If you are looking for an honest and knowledgable mechanic, look no further. My family and I stumbled upon Matt's Import Haven when our 6 yr old Volvo wagon died. Matt and his expert crew were able to diagnose the problem and make the repair quickly and at a very reasonable cost. The staff is very friendly and always make sure you are completely satisfied. They even send reminders when your next service/oil change is due. We wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else! Eileen Tonkin

I only wish I listened to my wife and taken it to Matt first. First thing I noticed was his shop and yard was clean very clean I could have eaten off the floor. Second there were no old cars behind the shop. Third he only uses quality parts and will not use garbage parts, you get what you pay for. His prices are very reasonable and not inflated at all. If you know how a business is ran and the costs that go along with it you too will agree with his pricing.

Our family used Matt's for many years and continued using Matt's even when we moved off of Whidbey Island. Matt always explained the reasons behind repairs and even more importantly if something did not need to happen. I always felt a got a fair shake at Matt's and my wife and I recommend him. We have used Matt's Import Haven since arriving in Clinton in 1989, since retiring we visit them for wife's car rather than do the trip to mainland. We have found them to provide excellent service and give you various options when time to repair or do maintenance on her car. Best we could say is we would and do recommend them to our friends.

I have used Matt's for my vehicle service for many years and am very pleased. I have always appreciated their honesty and consistent good service. They have been very good about letting me know when some potential issue may be looming and in what timeframe I might want to consider having it done; I have never felt pushed into having any service done or to choose a more expensive option. I feel they are fair about explaining available options and the pros and cons of each. I appreciate that they have made the effort to find parts for my older vehicle in order to help keep it in good shape. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
