I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Matt and his team. From my initial phone call, he listened to my concerns, those of a not too savvy mechanic who has looked a lot on the internet and found the worst of the worst scenario....and he calmed my fears and assured me it was not that bad. When my Highlander Hybrid was towed into the parking lot, Matt came right out, and took the time to run an initial diagnostic check...and then told me what he thought the problem was...far less expensive than what I anticipated. That afternoon, he called me to detail what he thought the problem was, and the projected cost, to get my okay...of course!! The work was finished later the following day, and my Highlander has been running great...I was so pleased that when I picked up my Highlander, I dropped of my Toyota Tacoma for some work. I can't recommend Matt and his team enough!! Every contact has been professional, friendly, and focused on my needs....Thank you all.

Matt's has maintained my 20-year-old Toyota for over a decade since I moved to WI, and I appreciate the great service and courteous staff every single time my maintenance comes due. They have consistently accommodated me with payment arrangements at times I've had lower resources.

I had been looking for a local car repair company to care for my 2002 Camry. A friend suggested Matt's. I'm so glad she did. In spite of its age, the Camry has many more good miles in her and Matt's is helping me keep her in top shape. Matt's customer service is great with all the texts and emails needed to make things work. Everything is upfront, fully explained, on time and as promised. And the owners are a delight. Hard to overstate how professional, thorough, and friendly everyone at Matt's Import Haven are. And even though I pre-authorized more work if they found it necessary, they determined it wasn't needed and so saved me about 50% on what the repairs could have been.
