I called in to for a required vehicle service. Time was tight - family was heading out on a mid-state trip. Mark G arranged that he would stay an evening and work on our car. We did not ask for this special arrangement. Because of this it was discovered a few components were in dire need of replacement. Nobody ever knows, but this could have been a bad situation if we did not have this taken care of. We have worked with Matt's for 10 years. Quality people, service, quality family.

Erick we are so very glad that we could make it work to get your 2009 Honda Ridgeline in before your road trip. Mark is a great technician who goes the extra mile. Finding Matt’s Import car repair was the silver lining of having my car break down. When trying to determine the cause of my sick car, Matt started with the simple possibilities of mice eating wires and a faulty battery. It was a bit more than either of those things but still repairable at a fair price. The bonus was the friendly people working there. Nice experience.

Blaine did a great job of diagnostic on why my convertible top wasn't working. Very impressive as the Toyota dealership was going to charge me $1600 for two new motors. I saved $1400 by bringing it to Matt's Import Haven. Thanks everyone! Hope you enjoyed the gift bag Blaine! I'm very grateful.

YES, I am more than glad to leave a review. You have one of the finest service Departments on Whidbey Island. I feel more comfortable at your facility than any of the large Toyota Dealerships in Everett, Lynnwood and Seattle. You get the job done RIGHT for a reasonable fee, I feel satisfied. Moreover, you SPELL out what you will DO, and then let the customer know the price for your services, BEFORE you begin. I wish I could put this in G-Mail, but wouldn't work, and I have all the latest Mac: 2 Laptops, 1 I-Mac desktop, 2, I-Phones and a few printers. The only reason I say this is Linda is 73, and I am 83. I am just starting to miss a few things, but not enuf to help you, Vicki and you Matt, along with Chris and a proficient Forrest.
