I had searched for a long time for reputable auto repair shops on Whidbey Island, to no avail. After being taken advantage of by a dealership off island, I tried again, and found Matt’s Import Haven. My son’s car needed some complicated repairs, but Matt’s was able to diagnose and repair all the issues at a reasonable cost. I was kept informed of the progress all along. My son reports that his car works great, and he won’t have anyone else look at it in the future. Thank you!

We go to Matt's Import Haven because the staff are competent, friendly, and mutually supportive which reflects a positive culture. They are local and Consumer Report advises that local mechanic shops generally provide better service at a better price than dealerships.
