YES, I am more than glad to leave a review. You have one of the finest service Departments on Whidbey Island. I feel more comfortable at your facility than any of the large Toyota Dealerships in Everett, Lynnwood and Seattle. You get the job done RIGHT for a reasonable fee, I feel satisfied. Moreover, you SPELL out what you will DO, and then let the customer know the price for your services, BEFORE you begin. I wish I could put this in G-Mail, but wouldn't work, and I have all the latest Mac: 2 Laptops, 1 I-Mac desktop, 2, I-Phones and a few printers. The only reason I say this is Linda is 73, and I am 83. I am just starting to miss a few things, but not enuf to help you, Vicki and you Matt, along with Chris and a proficient Forrest.

Matt’s import Haven just saved us almost $400 over the dealership cost in repairs. One of the savings was using the ferry as that back and Forth can add up. Plus they honored a wildcard savings coupon from Subaru which saved us another $65. When I add it up I think we may have saved OVER $400 even more then I first thought! Plus you cannot beat the customer service. And if you want to wait they have a very pleasant waiting area and a little library. And just recently had another one of our vehicles serviced and really appreciate how they "look out for" problems that may need attention in the future.

I'm a new customer from Oak Harbor, but plan to be back. They were very friendly, completed the contracted work in the time promised, and the cost was 25% cheaper than the dealer quote. 5/22 Was very pleased with the service checking on a concern about a fan on my Hond Insight. Very professional
