My first visit and I felt they gave very good service and were full of information. They texted me what they did with pictures. Pretty amazing. I will use themfrom now on, my 10 year car could easily last another 10+ years or more with their service.

As always timely, kind, professional Service. I feel a little bit like I’m being “up sold” when you recommend service beyond the original service request. i.e. rodent prevention including power wash, differential fluids “slightly off colored”. If you would offer the additional service recommendation with some sort of advice about what the consequences of not doing the recommendation it would help me decide. (We recommend X but you could wait until the next service with out seriously risking damage to your car) But this is small issue and I’m free to say no, but without comparative risk data the decision feels like I “should, if I were smart” want to have the recommendation followed. As my five star rating implies , you are great.

Matt’s never disappoints. They clearly explain everything that needs to be done and then do the work in a professional and timely manner. They honor parts warranties. The staff is friendly and respectful and I have never felt like I was taken advantage of because I’m female!

I had to be jumped at the ferry holding dock ( thank you ferry workers). I drove straight to Matts and they did some on the spot trouble shooting for me, in the pouring rain. I schedule and appointment so they could diagnose what was drawing amps on my battery. I was quoted a price for the first hour. Less than 4 hours after dropping my car I had a text from Forrest stating all the things that were good. Electrical is tough to find the root cause. My radio had been behaving “ weirdly”, so he pulled the fuse. I’m going to drive it for a week and see if it goes dead again and we’ll go from there. Have a sneaky hunch that it has been the problem. They charged me much less than the original quote which was great and gave me confidence in their professionalism. I will eagerly return to them if need and highly recommend their services. Great service completed in time, confidence in work. Very friendly staff. Could use some blueberry pancakes in the wait room but will be a repeat customer otherwise!!
