I had to be jumped at the ferry holding dock ( thank you ferry workers). I drove straight to Matts and they did some on the spot trouble shooting for me, in the pouring rain. I schedule and appointment so they could diagnose what was drawing amps on my battery. I was quoted a price for the first hour. Less than 4 hours after dropping my car I had a text from Forrest stating all the things that were good. Electrical is tough to find the root cause. My radio had been behaving “ weirdly”, so he pulled the fuse. I’m going to drive it for a week and see if it goes dead again and we’ll go from there. Have a sneaky hunch that it has been the problem. They charged me much less than the original quote which was great and gave me confidence in their professionalism. I will eagerly return to them if need and highly recommend their services. Thank you to your team!!

Great service completed in time, confidence in work. Very friendly staff. Could use some blueberry pancakes in the wait room but will be a repeat customer otherwise!!

Took our Tiguan in for 40K mile check. Check-in was fast and courteous. Work was timely, comprehensive and professional. After-service report was thorough and informative. How refreshing to find such a qualified shop to work on Mercedes without leaving the island. Friendly, professional staff who quickly diagnosed the problem, communicated, and performed the repair quickly - all at a fair price backed by their reputation without the painful trip to the dealer.
